• Worked with a company as to complete residential projects which the last was a fifty five million dollar construction complex development (BayView Victoria, BC, Canada), analyzing and monitoring quality during the management and reviewed structural components of construction.
• Been involved in measuring for and preparing architectural building design, drawings and site visits, for The McPherson Theatre renovation project in Victoria, BC, Canada, including Heritage building. This also has included drafting production in interior design.
• Assisted Project Engineers - specializing in cold weather technology - and coordinated drawings with those of other disciplines in the construction and renovations projects. Designing-construction documents and drawing for residential, commercial e institutional projects located in remote regions and severe climates such as North West Territories and Russia.
• Been self-employed and completed designs, drawings and blue prints for: a residential house in Castlegar, BC, Canada; and landscape drawing-design for a complex of eighteen townhouses in Sooke, BC, Canada; Dental and Laboratory Clinic in Mexico, DF, Mexico.
• Three terms as a Project Coordinator which produced the Westin Regina Hotel (located in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos cities in Mexico).
• Aptitude with AutoCAD, Vector Works and ability to complete hand drawings and models.
• Complemented my software computer knowledge with Adobe Software and Microsoft Office, Multimedia programs, Word, Excel, Power Point, Illustrator and Photoshop.
